1. Room Bookings

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 12 hours before check-in time.
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled check-in.
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations made after the check-in time.

2. Banquet Hall Bookings

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
  • No refund on the day of the event.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
